The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989, is a self-help book written by Stephen R. Covey. It has sold over 15 million copies in 38 languages.

As our character is a composite of our habits. Changing habits is hard, but can be done by tremendous commitment. A good habit can be defined as the intersect on of knowledge, skill and desire. Change is a cycle of being and seeing (visualization).

Pause for a moment. Reflect on your life. What are the habits you need to develop to be effective? This book provides every one with some ideas, tools and techniques to develop one’s personality.

Aristotle said: We are what we repeatedly do, Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
